These Terms apply to the use of BAM™, BAMToolz™, BAM Scan™, BAM AI™, BAM Hub™, and related Ball AI Metrics™ technology.
BAM™ Platform
BAM™ is an industrial AI ecosystem designed to assist with equipment documentation, maintenance workflows, machine history, automation support, and facility intelligence.
AI Assistance
BAM AI™ provides informational support based on available information. Users must verify recommendations before performing repairs, modifications, or equipment changes.
Safety Responsibility
Always follow OEM documentation, company procedures, OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout practices, PPE rules, and applicable safety standards before working on equipment.
Facility Data
Machine information, scan history, repair records, manuals, and technician notes stored inside BAM Hub™ are intended to remain controlled by authorized facility users.
No Replacement for Professionals
BAMToolz™ supports technicians and organizations but does not replace trained professionals, engineering review, safety approval, or required inspections.
Development Notice
Features, integrations, AI capabilities, hardware, and services may change as Ball AI Metrics™ continues development.
